Converse, Ora (Marriage - 22 Feb 1910)

Mr. W. Price Beeckler of Granton, Clark County and Miss Ora Converse were married Feb. 22, 1910, at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Freeman Converse in York, Rev. Postlewaite of Marshfield officiating. Of the young couple, the Granton News says:

"Both these young people are well known here-abouts and have the highest esteem of all. The bride, a handsome young woman, is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Freeman Converse. The groom, the second son of Mr. and Mrs. E.A . Beeckler, is an industrious young man of sterling qualities, a graduate of the state dairy school. They are at present in Sheboygan on their wedding trip, having left here on Tuesday afternoon for that place. They will return here shortly to reside, a welcome addition to the ranks of married folk."
