Judkins, Carrie (? - 4 NOV 1923)

Mrs. Carrie Clark Judkins passed away at her home, 2130 N. 87th St., Seattle, Wash., on Nov. 4, 1923. She had been sick twenty-nine months. All that medical attention and loving care could do was done for her. The family came west twenty-four years ago, and the greater part of that time they have made their home in Seattle. She leaves to mourn her death, her husband, Major Judkins, daughter Mrs. Mildred Harrington, and a son, Paul Judkins; two grandchildren, Pollyanna Harrington and Rex Clark Judkins.

Funeral services were held at the University Undertaking Parlors, where many friends gathered in loving sympathy with the bereaved ones. Cremation followed in accordance to her wishes.

She was the daughter of Elihue S. Clark and E. N.

Rose Fluella Judkins Breakey was born in 1869 in Garden Valley, WI and died - 2 Jun 1951 at the age of 82. She is buried in the Bayview Cemetery, Bellingham, Whatcom Co., WA with her husband, Willard E. Breakey (1866-13 May 1937). She was the mother of Hazel M. (1890-1984); Fern R. (189-1904); Forrest Willard (1894-1977); Dale Oakley (1899-1973) & Glenn M. (1902-1973).

 

This postcard was likely sent by her older sister, Mary who was born 1861.
