Meihack, Minnie (Marriage - 24 May 1922)

Mr. Frank Thoma and Miss Minnie Meihack were united in marriage at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edw. Meihack, in the town of Weston. Wednesday afternoon, May 24, Rev. Parisius officiating. The groom was attended by Mr. John Thoma, his brother and Mr. Alvin Meihack, brother of the bride; Miss Emma Meihack, the bride’s sister, and Miss Lillie Thoma, the groom’s sister, were bridesmaids. There was a large assemblage of relatives and friends. The room were beautifully decorated and a sumptuous wedding supper was served. The groom is on of Weston’s finest young men. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Thomas. He was born and grew to manhood in the town of Weston and has always had a most excellent reputation.

The bride is a young lady of quiet and refined manner, and has by kindly and lady-like ways won the respect of all who know her. She has been employed at Janesville a portion of the time, occasionally coming back to assist in the home.

For a time the young couple will live at the W. B. Thoma home until the groom gets a home built on his own farm not far distant. Everyone in the community and about the country as far as they are known, express the heartiest good wishes for their happiness an welfare.
