Hanson, Hans (? - OCT 1923)

A telegram Monday was received by Mrs. Jack Light announcing the death of her uncle, Hans Hanson, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. James Martindale, in Portland, Oregon. No particulars are received. Funeral services were held Tuesday in Portland and the remains sent to Neillsville for burial. On arrival of the body a brief burial service will probably be held here. Deceased was a resident of this vicinity many years, and was one of our best known pioneers. He leaves three children in Portland, Mrs. Martindale, Mrs. H. F. Morse and Henry Hanson. One brother, Ole A. Hanson, lives in Neillsville. A more complete obituary May be available later.
