A very prestty wedding took palce Wednesday afternoon, June 25, 1924, at St. Trinity's Catholic Church at Chicago, when Mr. Stephen Markowski took as his bride Miss Helen F. Szymanski. At 4:30 p.m. the bridal party entered the church while the sweet strains of the wedding march filled the building. The couple was attended by Miss Helen Owczarek, cousin of the groom, and Mr. Joseph Markowski, brother of the groom. The groom and best man wore tuxedo suits. Little Virginia Kalka, niece of the bride, acted as flower girl and carried a large basket of pin roses. She wore a pink crepe dress.

The bride was attired in a most beautiful white beaded rowmanian crepe dress and wore a long veil. She carried a shower bouquet of white roses and lilies of the valley. The bridesmaid wore orchid crepe and carried tea roses.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Szymanski of Thorp, and for the past five years has been employed in Chicago. The groom holds a responsible position in Chicago, and is an estimable young man, having a host of friends who wish him and his bride success in married life.

Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Markowski will make their home in Chicago at 1551 N. Girard St. Their many friends tender congratulations and best wishes.
