Rossow, Wilhelmina (29 Mar 1836 - 10 Feb 1923)

Mrs. Wilhelmina Rossow died at the home of her son, August Rossow, in the town of Beaver, Clark County, Wis. on Saturday, Feb. 10th, 1923.

The deceased was born in Germany, March 29th, 1836. On Nov. 27th, 1864 she was married to Wm. Rossow. They came to this country ten years later and settling in the town of Herman, Sheboygan Co., Wis., where they lived one years. In 1875 they moved to the town of Beaver, which has been her home ever since. Mrs. Rossow has been a resident of Clark Co., for forty-eight years. Mr. and Mrs. Rossow were the parents of five sons and one daughter, three sons, the daughter and husband preceding her in death.

She leaves to mourn her loss, two sons, Julius and August, both of Beaver, four grandchildren and one sister of Detroit, Mich., besides a host of friends who mourn the loss of a kind friend and neighbor.

The funeral services were held at the Lutheran Church on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. F. Pohlmann officiating. She was laid to rest in the Lutheran Cemetery North of the village.
