Ratelle, Loretta (28 NOV 1923)

A pretty fall wedding took place at St. Balthasar's Church Wednesday morning, Nov. 28th, 1923, at nine o'clock, when Miss Loretta Ratelle was united in marriage to Mr. Harold Tucker, Rev. Joseph F. Stenz performing the ceremony. The bride was attended by Miss Margaret Davel as bridesmaid. Mr. Richard Miles acted as best man.

The bride was attired in a pretty gown of tan silk crepe, trimmed with fur; with hat to match her dress. She carried a bouquet of pink roses and ferns.

The bridesmaid was prettily attired in a brown velvet gown, trimmed with fur and wore a hat to match.

Following the ceremony the bridal party and guests repaired to the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Alfred Kreiser, where a wedding dinner was served to relatives and a few friends, the dining room being prettily decorated for the occasion in yellow and white.

Both of the contracting parties are well known in this vicinity (Clark County, Wis.), where they have lived since childhood. The bride is the youngest daughter of Mrs. L. Ratelle, she is a graduate of our local high school and a capable young lady. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Tucker and is a dependable and industrious young man. Both parties are among our popular young people and the Tribune joins with a large circle of friends in extending congratulations and best wishes.

Mr. and Mrs. Tucker went immediately to housekeeping on a farm near Veefkind, where they will live.
