Davis, Annabel (Marriage - 25 Oct. 1930)

A very quiet wedding took place Saturday, Oct. 25 at 6 p.m., when Miss Annabel Davis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Davis of Granton, was united in marriage to Mr. Eugene Johnson, at the Plymouth Congregational parsonage, in Minneapolis. The Rev. Dr. Dewey officiated.

The couple were attended by close friends and after the wedding a dinner-dance was held at the Black Hawk Diner.

The bride has lived here most of her life, attending the Granton schools and graduating from Neillsville high school in 1926. She is a graduate nurse of Eitel Hospital in Minneapolis.

The groom was born and raised in Minneapolis and has a good position with Donaldson’s Department store. They will be at home after Oct. 30th at 59 North Lyndale, Ave.
