Response by Dan Rusch-Fischer

I know the elder Nixdorf was buried on the family farm and later moved to the Dorchester Memorial Cemetery. As a kid, I remember there used to be a headstone in the Nixdorf front yard, but since then the family removed it and tossed it into a well that was being filled in, as the body had long since been moved.
