Mueller, Evelyn (21 NOV 1923)

Fred Beisner, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Beisner, Sr., was married Nov. 21st, 1923, at Colby to Evelyn Mueller, daughter of Mrs. Herman Mueller of that city.

The ceremony was performed at the Zion's Lutheran Church at 2:00 p.m., Rev. A. Kirchhoefer officiating. The attendants were Tillie Weller, Linda Neuman, Wm. Mueller and Arthur Beisner.

The bride was beautifully attired in white silk crepe Isolde with veil and carried a shower bouquet of roses, while the bridesmaids wore peacock blue silk canton crepe and silver gray silk canton crepe and carried chrysanthemums; the gentlemen wore conventional blue.

After the ceremony they motored to Medford to have their picture taken and on their return a sumptuous dinner was served at 6:00 p.m. to about 65 guests.

The dining room was daintily decorated in blue and white flowers, making it a regular bower, so even the food tasted better with so much beauty around.

In the evening a free wedding dance was given at the west town hall at Colby and a large crowd enjoyed themselves very much. Hrunek and Wiese furnishing the music.

Mr. and Mrs. Beisner will be at home to their many friends after Dec. 1st at Colby.

We need add nothing about them for our readers know Fred and what a fine fellow he is and we are sure the young lady he picked for a life mate is equally as fine.

All of Fred's many Dorchester friends offer heartiest congratulations.
