Caroline (Pamperin) A. Voelker, 84, of Marshfield died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005, at Memorial Home in Neillsville.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Christ Lutheran Church. Hansen Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Caroline A. (Pamperin) Voelker

Caroline A. (Pamperin) Voelker, 84, of Marshfield died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005, at Memorial Home in Neillsville.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Christ Lutheran Church in Marshfield. The Rev. Mark Krueger will officiate. Mary Castner will provide music with Duane Helgerson serving as soloist.

Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Sherry Kren, Barbara Jewett, Christine, Paul, John and Kelly Klein.

Friends May call from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Caroline was born June 13, 1920, in the town of McMillan, a daughter of William and Anna (Degner) Krauter. She received her education at town of McMillan schools.

She was united in marriage Nov. 22, 1945, to Reuben Pamperin. He died Jan. 3, 1976. She later married Maynard Voelker Oct. 8, 1988. He preceded her in death Oct 5, 1996. Caroline was a self-employed seamstress.

She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church. Some of her interests included card playing, fishing and crocheting.

She is lovingly survived by her daughter, Karen Klein of Neillsville; six grandchildren, Sherry (Tom) Kren of Neillsville, Barbara (Brent) Jewett of Glencoe, Minn., Christine Klein of Appleton, Paul (Julie) Klein of Neillsville, John (Heather) Klein of Neillsville and Kelly (Danny Littlejohn) Klein of New Auburn, Minn; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Caroline was preceded in death by an infant great-grandchild, Melanie Kren; her parents; three brothers; and four sisters.

Memorials in Caroline's name May be designated to Christ Lutheran Church.
