Raymond Frank Ann (18 May 1857 - 20 Feb 1929)

Frank Ann Raymond was born in Campbellsport, Fond du Lac, County Wis., May 18, 1857. She was the daughter of Eben Delos and Charlotte Melisse [Tuttle] Raymond. At the age of eleven she moved with her parents to the town of Weston in Clark County. When seventeen she married James Thompkins. They settled on a farm in the town of Eaton where she still lived, her son Earl now operating the farm.

She has been almost totally blind for more than twenty years and for the past nine months an invalid, and has been patient during all her afflictions. She was an ambitious and willing worker and greatly loved by her loved ones and friends.

She passed away at 10:30 P. M. Wednesday Feb. 20th.

She leaves to mourn her death her husband, her son Earl and wife and two grandchildren Lorraine and Nyle and her sisters Clarissa, Edna Ethel and one brother Raymond and 23 nieces and nephews and one great grand niece. Funeral services were held from the Methodist Church at Greenwood, on Sunday Feb. 24th at 2:00 o’clock the Rev. Householder officiating. Interment was made in the Greenwood cemetery.
