Laurie, Baby (5 NOV 1926 - 9 NOV 1926)

Mr. and Mrs. M. Laurie mourn the loss of a baby boy, born Friday, Nov. 5th, 1926, and died Tuesday, Nov. 9th.

The little one was taken to Athens for burial the same day. Undertaker Fuchsgruber had charge and Mrs. Conrad Kramer accompanied the mourners, one of whom was Mrs. C. H. Illiot of Iowa, Mrs. Laurie's mother, who is here caring for her daughter.

Rev. Lenk, Presbyterian pastor at Abbotsford, had charge of the service.

Mr. and Mrs. Laurie have the sincere sympathy of all their Dorchester, Clark County, Wis. friends, especially as it is their first child and though he stayed such a little while, still his going seems unbearable as love's eye pictures what might have been. But grieve not, for he has gone to the "Land that is fairer than day" to be a blossom in the Master's garden.
