Timerson, Jennie (11 OCT 1881 - 31 Jan 1962)

Neillsville, Clark County, Wis. - Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today in St. John's Lutheran Church at Christie, Clark County for Mrs. Dan Timerson, 80, rural Greenwood, operator of nursing homes in Neillsville and Humbird for several years, who died Wednesday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. The Rev. Daniel Zielske will officiate and burial will be made in the Neillsville Cemetery.

Mrs. Timerson was born Oct. 11, 1881, in Canada, and received her education there. She lived in Colorado, Minnesota and in Wisconsin. She operated a nursing home her until 1941, when she was married in March of that year to Dan Timerson. She has been in ill health the past several years.

Survivors include the following children, Mrs. Philip (Hallie) Desaulners, Racine; Mrs. Charles (Lillian) Fees, Alma Center; Mrs. Lee (Myrtle) Terrell, Humbird; and Edwand Vinton, Eau Claire; two stepchildren, Archie Timerson, Round Lake, Ill.; and Mrs. Joe (Edith) Duda, Greenwood; 19 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 10 step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and one stepson, Charles.

Mrs. Timerson was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church at Christie and its Ladies Aid Society.

Jennie Timerson was my great-grandmother. If there is any other information that can be passed to me I would truly appreciate it. I was only 8 years old when she died and we had a strong relationship. I still feel very close to her.
