Sharpee, Eva H. TUCSON, ARIZ. -

Eva H. Sharpee, age 87, formerly of Union Grove, Wis., passed away on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2004, the result of an automobile accident in Tucson, Ariz. Eva was born in Withee, Wis. on Nov. 8, 1916, daughter of the late Edward and Grace (nee Youmans) Hunerjager. On Dec. 26, 1938, she was united in marriage to Edwin W. Sharpee, who preceded her in death on Feb. 13, 2004. Eva was employed as a supervisor for Southern Wisconsin Center for the Developmentally Disabled for more than 24 years. Survivors include her two children, Donald (Karen) Sharpee of Windsor, Colo., and Nola (James A.) Gordon of Racine, Wis.; three grandchildren, Tamara (Dennis) McKee of Monument, Colo., Matthew (Keli) Sharpee of Windsor, Colo., and Paula (Brady) Stumpf of Greeley, Colo.; five great-grandchildren, Caitlin and Connor McKee, Zoe and Creed Sharpee and Hailey Stumpf; a sister, Ione Andersen of Elizabethton, Tenn.; and special nephew-in-law, William (Kathie) Peterson of Tucson, Ariz., as well as other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Vera Worden. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The family suggests that memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice. Arrangements were handled by Adair Dodge Chapel, Tucson.
