Married, in Neillsville, Clark County, Wis., on Wednesday, June 11th, 1879, by Rev. W. F. Hendren, Mr. Daniel Kennedy and Miss Lilly Marshall.

Dan Kennedy is one of the best boys on Black River, and we are glad to welcome him to the fast increasing ranks of benedicts. At the O’Neill House there was a box of excellent cigars, with the following significant inscription on the lid, set out for the boys:

"Respectfully dedicated to the memory of poor Dan Kennedy, who left on the 11th day of June to …. (the rest was unreadable).
