Mrs. Ratzburg Dies in Loyal

Loyal -- Mrs. Martha Augusta Ratzburg, 68, died at her home in the Town of Loyal early this morning. She suffered a stroke Sunday.

Funeral services wil be held Monday at 2 p.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. J. C. Langholtz officiating. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery.

The body will lie in state at the Mrye Funeral Home from Saturday afternoon until the time of the services.

Mrs. Ratzburg, nee Schaeffner, was born on May 27,1881, and received her education in the Loyal public schools. She married Oscar Ratzburg at the home of her parents in Loyal April 7,1901. She had lived in her parents home ever since.

Survivning besides her husband are four sons, Louis, Loyal; Edwin, San Diego, Calif.; and Elmer and Reuben at home on the farm ad by three grandchildren.

She is also survived by three brothers, and four sisters. They are Edward and Charles Schaeffner, Granton; William Schaeffner, Bonners Ferry, Idaho; Mrs. Mary Jane, Deerfield; Mrs. Emil Lemke, Greenwood; Mrs. John Lindner, Loyal; and Mrs. John Young, Stanley.

Mrs. Ratzburg was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid Society.
