Buse, Lizzie (Marriage - 13 Dec 1919)

A quiet wedding took place last Saturday evening at eight o'clock at the parsonage of St. Trinity's Lutheran Church when Miss Lizzie Buse and Fred Strege, both of the town of Sherman, Clark County, Wis., were united in marriage. The Rev. Karl E. J. Schmidt performed the ceremony.

The bride was gowned in white satin and georgette crepe and carried pink roses.

Miss Emma Buse, sister of the bride, was maid of honor, while Henry Strege, brother of the groom, actied as best man.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Seefeld gave a reception for the newlyweds the same evening, to which a few friends and relatives were invited.

The bride is a most estimable young lady and is a general favorite among her friends and acquaintances. The groom, who served in France with the Army is a fine young man and has many friends.

They will make their home on a farm in the town of Sherman. (Spencer Record)
