Kimble, Randall V. (14 Jul 1901 - 16 Mar 1928)

Randall Virgil Kimble was born near Kenneth, Minn., July 14, 1901 and passed away March 16, 1928 at the Luther Hospital in Eau Claire at the age of 26 years, 8 months and 2 days.

From Minnesota he moved to Iowa with his parents where they resided a year, they then moved to South Dakota where he grew to manhood. From South Dakota his parents moved to Wisconsin, where he later followed them.

He united with the Congregational Church at McLaughlin, South Dakota at the age of 11 years.

One brother, Harry, preceded him in death during the World War at Hericourt, France.

He leaves to mourn his loss, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Kimble of Withee, two brothers, Paul of Withee and Quincy of McLaughlin, S. D., and six sisters, Mrs. Thomas Dagel of Edgeley, N.D.; Mrs. W. L. Potter of Hettinger, N.D.; Mrs. Dale Peterson of McLaughlin, S.D.; Mrs. Oscar Becker of Oshkosh, Wis., Mrs. Stanley Stryk of Withee and one sister, Evelyn, at home, and a host of relatives and friends. All were present at the funeral except two sisters, Mrs. Dale Peterson and Mrs. Oscar Becker, Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2:30 at the Congregational Church in Owen, with Rev. Powell officiating.
