Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon from the Zion Lutheran church in Granton for Mrs. Minnie Buddinger, 90, of Loyal, who died Monday in Neillsville. The Rev. L.E. Schreiber officiated. Burial was made in the York Center cemetery. Mrs. Buddinger, the former Minnie Luebke, was born October 27, 1872, in Manitowoc. In August of 1892 she was married to the late Peter Buddinger, who died in the town of York, which was their home until their retirement. They made Granton their home for several years. For the last 10 years Mrs. Buddinger had made her home with a daughter in Loyal. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Clara White of Loyal, and Mrs. Hugo (Minnie) Trimberger of Granton; two sons, William of Granton and George of Loyal of rural Neillsville; and a step-daughter, Mrs. Mary Kubat, Neillsville. Sixteen grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild, and a brother Fred Luebke of Neillsville, also survive. Funeral arrangements were made by the Gilbertson funeral home in Granton.
