Chili 4-H (Promotion - 1972)

Leaders and members of the Chili 4-H club met recently to plan the club’s June Dairy Month promotion activities.

Fourteen different activities were chosen. They included: organization of a Chili Dary Booster club; state and national leader correspondence; promotional materials distribution (posters, etc); four leaflet and fact sheet distributions (1971 state June Dairy Month bake-off recipes, 1971 Clark County June Dairy Month bake-off recipes, flavored butter fact sheet and cheese buyer’s guide); bumper sticker drive; radio commercials; the June club meeting; poster contest; window display; nursing home visits; distribution of free dairy products. The first three activities have already been started.

Activity chairmen include Tony Mayer, Ricky Dix, Homer, Mike, Sandy and Russell Roberts, James and Diane Van Dyk, Bonnie Meissner, Debbie Nickel and Margie Elmhorst.
