Allain, Mrs. Judah (1818? - 6 FEB 1895)

Died, at the home of her son, Theopolus Allain, in the town of Hull, Marathon Co., Wis., three miles south of this city, on Wednesday, Feb. 6th, 1895, Mrs. Judah Allain, aged 76 years.

Mrs. Allain was born and married in France, and came to this country with her husband in 1848, settling in the state of New York, soon moved into Pennsylvania and in 1863, removed to Wisconsin and settled near Fond du Lac, where her husband died some years ago; about two years ago she moved, with her son, to the town of Hull, she leaves several children, grown up, to mourn her death.

The funeral occurred on Sunday at St. Kilian’s Church, Rev. C. B. Weikmann officiating, and the remains were interred in the Catholic Cemetery.
