Fleischauer, Mary (24 OCT 1897)

Married, at the St. John’s Evangelical Church, Sunday evening, Oct. 24th, 1897, by Rev. Conrad Hartenstein, Mr. William Wenzel and Miss Mary Fleischauer, both of this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.).

Mr. Wenzel has been in this city but a short time, having come here last summer to take charge of the Enright Meat Market, but since that time has made many friends and gained the respect of all by his quiet, genial and industrious ways.

Miss Fleischauer has resided here with her parents about two years, and has won the respect of all with whom she has become acquainted, by her quiet, unassuming and modest manners.

Immediately after the ceremony uniting this happy couple a wedding supper was spread in the rooms prepared for the, in the house of Albert Kobs, and was partaken of by the relatives and immediate friends of the happy couple, after which a season of merriment was indulged in that extended in the wee small hours.

The Phonograph extends best wishes for future happiness and prosperity of William and his fair bride.
