Riplinger, Augusta (27 MAR 1861 - 15 MAY 1901)

Died, at her home in this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.), Wednesday, May 15th, 1901, of rheumatism of the heart and quinsay, Augusta, wife of John Riplinger, in the 41st year of her age.

Augusta Hartman was born in the town of Schleiswig, Manitowoc Co, Wis., March 27, 1861, and came to Colby in 1879; she was united in marriage with John Riplinger, Nov. 13th, 1886, and to this union there was born one daughter, Lena, who, with the husband survives to mourn the death of a devoted wife and a loving mother.

The funeral will be held from the late residence tomorrow (Friday) at 10 o’clock a.m., to be conducted by Rev. E.G. Vischer.
