Taylor, Ione (19 AUG 1908)

At the M.E. Church yesterday morning, Rev. C.H. Towne officiating, occurred the marriage of Miss Ione Taylor to Mr. Lyman Johnson, only immediate relatives of the contracting parties being present.

The bride is a daughter of C.R. Taylor and has taught school for several years in this vicinity. She is a young lady who is capable of filling the home she will adorn with happiness and will prove to be a helpmate and companion to her husband she has honored with her hand. The groom has resided in this village for a number of years and is well thought of and has the respect of all.

The young couple left for Neillsville after the ceremony and will take a wedding trip of a week to the Chain O’Lakes near Waupaca, and upon their return will make their home with the groom’s parents. (Loyal Tribune)

The bride was born and grew up to young womanhood in Colby, Clark Co., Wis., and has hosts of friends here who will join the Phonograph in wishing Mr. and Mrs. Johnson a long and happy wedded life.
