Four priests of St. Sylvester’s Church in Chicago, officiated at the solemn mass Saturday morning, June 2, 1934, which united in marriage Miss Kathrine Cielocha of Chicago, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Cielocha of Thorp, Clark Co., Wis., and Roman Sobczynski, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Sobczynski of 1216 Florence Ave., Evanston, Ill. The Rev. Msgr. Quin and the Rev. Fathers, Collins, Goodrich and Boyl were the celebrants.

The bride was gowned in white satin, with a long tulle veil, and carried a shower bouquet of lilies of the valley and white roses. Her maid of honor, Miss Rose Wunkowski, and the bridesmaids, Miss Stephanie Mikolczak, from Indiana, Miss Helen Pietrzak and Miss Oliver Grzesiak, from Evantson, Ill., wore similar gowns in pastel shades of blue, yellow, rose and green. Thaddeus Sobczynski, groom’s brother, served as best man, and Edwin Zakrzewski and Sygmunt Sobczynski, another brother, ushered. A wedding breakfast followed the ceremony at the Ionian Lounge Masonic Temple at 2453 N. Kedzie Blvd.
