Area Resident Dies at Age 42 Funeral Wednesday for Mrs. Seehafer

Mrs. Victor Seehafer, 42, route 1, Chili, died early this morning at St. Joseph's Hospital. She had been in ill health for the past 14 years suffering with multiple sclerosis.

Funeral services will be conducted at Grace Lutheran Church in Nasonville. Burial will be made in the Nasonville cemetery.

The former Leah Peterson was born in Nasonville July 4, 1918. She attended school there and was a graduate of Marshfield High School. Her marriage to Victor Seehafer took place at Marshfield May 3, 1941. She lived in the Nasonville and Chili area all her life and was a member of the Grace Lutheran Homemakers Club.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Darrel, at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Peterson, Sr., rural Marshfield; two sisters, Mrs. Earl (Vivian) Dix and Mrs. Donald (Laverna) Gardner, both of rural Marshfield; and a brother, Glenn Peterson Jr., rural Marshfield.
