Frane, Josephine (3 SEP 1912)

C. Joseph Kraus and Mrs. Joseph Frane, two of our prominent young people, were married at St. Mary’s Church at 6 o’clock Tuesday morning, Sept. 3rd, 1912, Rev. H.J. Artmann officiating. Miss Rena Frane of Minneapolis, and Louis W. Frane of this city, cousin and brother of the bride, were the attendants. After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride’s father, Joseph Frane, which was partaken of by the bridal party and immediate relatives.

Mr. and Mrs. Kraus and attendants left the city by automobile, which was appropriately decorated by their mischievous friends, for Spencer, where the couple took the train for Minneapolis, to visit relatives and attend the fair. They will also visit the Wisconsin Dells and other places before returning home.

Joe Kraus is the senior member of the mercantile firm of Kraus & Kersten, and his bride was for a number of years clerk in the store, and both are too well known to need an introduction from us. The Phonograph joins their many friends in heartiest congratulations.
