Mueller, Franklin (30 NOV 1910 - 12 APR 1913)

Franklin, the two year old son of Mr. and Mrs. August Mueller, was fatally scalded early last Saturday morning by falling in a pail full of boiling water. The water had been set on the floor while the floors were scrubbed and the little boy not noticing it backed up against the pail and fell backwards into it. The water was very hot and although the clothes were removed as fast as possible, a large part of his body was terribly scalded. Everything possible was done to save the little fellow’s life, but his burns were too severe and he passed away the same evening.
