Noeldner, Roseline Elnor (16 Sept. 1918 - 9 April 2006)

Roseline E. Noeldner, age 87, of Loyal, died Sunday April 9, 2006, at St. Josephs Hospital in Marshfield.

Roseline Elnor Frei was born on Sept.16, 1918 in Loyal, the daughter of George and Angeline (Schuld) Frei. She attended the Mack School, rural Loyal. On June 19, 1935 Rose married Norbert Noeldner in Loyal. The couple farmed in the townships of York and Loyal. In May of 1981, Norbert and Rose retired and moved to Loyal. Norbert passed away in May of 1986. Rose moved to the Hometown Village in 2002 where she resided until her death. Rose will be sadly missed by her children; Marie(Ray) Ostreich, of Marshfield Joan (George Tekippe) Newberry of Bismark, ND.; Jeanette (Gary) Oswald, of Marshfield; Larry (Barb) Noeldner, of Marshfield, Duane Noeldner, of Loyal; and Carolyn (Archie Jr.)Vanderhoof, of Marshfield. She is further survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; her sisters Mary Jane Frei, of Eau Claire; Georgiann (Jim) Raine, of Neillsville; sister in law, Joyce Frei of Whitehall, and her special friend Lu Raatz, of Loyal.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers: Ed Frei, Leo(Marge) Frei and sister Lucille (George) Pagenkopf; two sons, William Noeldner in 1967 and Kenneth Noeldner in 1939,one great-granddaughter, Samantha, in 2004 and one step-great granddaughter, Missy in 2004.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 13, at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Loyal with Rev. Daniel Zimmerman officiating. Burial will follow in the Loyal Lutheran Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ed Bauer, Mike Noeldner, Doug Oswald, Robert Noeldner, Wesley Manecke and Gordy Noeldner.

Visitation will be held again at the church from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday.
