Christopher Boyer, age 26, of Thorp, died Saturday, October 29, 2005 at his home.

Christopher Lee Boyer was born on May 25, 1979 in Neillsville, the son of David and Barbara (Bird) Boyer. He attended and graduated from Neillsville High School in 1997. Chris then went on to the Technical College in Eau Claire and graduated with a degree in Criminal Science. Chris "Sporty" had a passion for many things; he enjoyed 4-wheeling, ice fishing, deer hunting, bear hunting, and the company of his friends. He will be sadly missed by his parents, David and Barbara Boyer, of Neillsville; one brother, Gary (Karen) Boyer of Auburndale; one niece, Mikayla Boyer; also numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be sadly missed by his very special friends, Ryan & Sonny Opelt and Ryan (Tara) Schmidt.
