Raasch, Adeline S. PRAIRIE DU SAC –

Adeline S. Raasch, age 89, died on Wednesday, July 6, 2005, at Pine Villa Assisted Living in Prairie du Sac. She was born in the Town of Frankfort, Colby, Wis., on Aug. 4, 1915, the daughter of the late Joseph and Augusta (Sellung) Schilling. She was united in marriage to Albert Raasch in 1940. She is survived by a son, Richard Raasch of Emery, S.D.; a granddaughter, Lisa (Mark) Tompkin of Sauk City; two grandchildren, Taylor and Gavin; two brothers, Ervin Schilling and Herbert (Jean) Schilling; two sisters, Margie (Harley) Witt and Mabel (Harvey) Barts; sister-in-law, LaVilla Schilling; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, in 1976; two brothers, Clarence and Thomas; and a sister, Irene Burdette. A funeral service will be held at ST. JOHN'S LUTHERAN CHURCH, Prairie du Sac, at 1 p.m. on Monday, July 11, 2005, with Pastor Don Wendt officiating. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2005, at HIGHLAND MEMORY PARK, New Berlin. Hooverson Funeral Home Sauk City (608) 643-6430
