Mrs. Carrie Olson, who has been ill for the past five months, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mr. D. McIntosh, 523 Church St., at 7 o’clock Thursday evening. Last September, Mrs. Olson was taken to a hospital at Chippewa Falls where she remained until a week before Christmas, when she was brought to the home of her daughter. The deceased was born in Norway sixty five years ago last August. When sixteen ears old she came to this country, going direct to Wausau, where she was married to Mr. Olson about forty-seven years ago. For thirty years the family made their home at Abbotsford, where Mr. Olson passed away a little over a year ago.

The deceased leaves four sons, Andrew, Washington; Jack, Minneapolis and Edward and Ole, Chippewa Falls; and one daughter, Mrs. McIntosh of this city.

The funeral will be held at Abbotsford, Monday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock, Rev. Beishouse officiating. , interment following at Dorchester, Wis. The remains will be taken to Abbotsford tomorrow noon on train No. 11. A short prayer will be held at the McIntosh home at 9:30 in the morning, Rev. J.A. Stemen officiating.
