Hills, Delana H. (28 JUN 1934)

A marriage of interested to Tribune readers took place Jun 28 at 3 o’clock in the afternoon when Miss Delana H. Hills was united in marriage to Mr. Gordon Coates of Mikana, Wis. The ceremony was performed in the Methodist parsonage at Birchwood, the Rev. R. H. Maddock officiating. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Assmusen.

The bride wore a dress of blue crepe and carried a bouquet of white roses and peonies. She is the only daughter of Mrs. Bertha Hills, and has spent most of her life here with the exception of a few years at Tripoli, where she graduated from the Tripoli High School.

After the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Coates left for Loyal where they spent a few days and will be at home at Mikana. A host of friends of the bride join with the Tribune in extending congratulations and best wishes for a life of happiness and prosperity.
