Miss Effie Williams, 64, who died at her home at Spencer on June 22, was supervising teacher for the upper portion of Clark County for several years. She was born at Loyal and taught school for many years after graduating from Oshkosh normal.

*Effie is buried in the West Spencer Cemetery, Sherman Township, Clark County, Wisconsin.
