Mr. Weaver was 70 years of age, and was born at Ontario, Canada, and at the age of 17 years moved with his parents to Michigan. They remained in Michigan until 1889, when they moved to Junction City, Wis., where they lived until 1914, when they established their residence at Stone Lake. In 1919 they moved to Owen, where they lived for more than a year, then returning to their home at Stone Lake where the balance of his days were spent. His death occurred very suddenly, while he was at work on his farm, due to a cerebral hemorrhage.

Besides his wife he leaves to mourn, two sons, Frank of Wauwatosa and Albert of Tomahawk, besides two daughters, Mrs. Mary Weaver, Owen, and Mrs. Charles Mayenberg, Owen, all of whom have the sympathy of a large number of friends at this sad hour.
