Stoneburg, Wilma P. (18 OCT 1941)

Miss Wilma Pauline Stoneburg of Milwaukee, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis L. Stoneburg of Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Eugene Lawrence Boyce, son of Mrs. Helen Gages of Milwaukee, in a ceremony performed by the Rev. Alex Abbott at the Greenwood Methodist Church at 4 o’clock this afternoon.

Miss Joyce Stoneburg, sister of the bride, and Kenneth Luther attended the couple. The bride’s gown was of white silk jersey with matching quilted bolero, and she wore a veil caught to a headdress fashioned of white roses. Her bouquet contained pink carnations and white chrysanthemums. The bridesmaid wore a pale blue net formal and a haddress of pompons. She also carried yellow and white pompons in her bouquet.

Miss Mabel Bishop presided at the piano during the rites, which were performed against a background of yellow and white chrysanthemums.

A 6 o’clock dinner will be served to guests tonight, and a wedding dance will be given at Merry-Ol’-Gardens.

Mrs. Boyce graduated from the Greenwood High School in 1937, and the groom attended the University Extension in Milwaukee. They will make their home in Milwaukee after Nov. 1.

Mrs. Helen Gates of Milwaukee and Mr. and Mrs. O.W. Boyce of Marshfield were out of town guests at the wedding.
