Janet Dumler

Janet Dumler, 79, Owen, died Tuesday, February 27, 2007, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Palliative Care Unit.

Funeral services were held March 3rd at Maurina Funeral Home, Owen, Wis. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Withee. Father Paul Gitter presided. Pallbearers were Scott Hein, Jim Laru, Jim Kovatch, Arnie Jagodzinski, Joe DeGroot and Adam Stumpner.

Janet was born June 27th, 1927 to Frank and Nellie (Emprey) Bronsky.

She graduated from Abbotsford, Wis. High School.

Janet and Harry Dumler were married April 23rd, 1952 and the couple farmed in the Town of Green Grove. Harry died November 6th, 1988.

She also worked for Haderlein Insurance and Streckerts. Janet also tended bar at Hill Top Tavern in Atwood.

Janet is survived by two sons, Larry (Roseann) Dumler, Owen and Terry (Shelly) Dumler, Unity; five grandchildren, one brother, Allen (Marie) Bronsky, Kenosha and two sisters, Grace Bruesewitz, Spencer and Deloris (Bob) Noland, Medford.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Harry; one brother Everett and one granddaughter.

Maurina-Community Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
