Johnson, Ruth L. (4 APR 1936)

A pretty spring wedding ceremony was performed at the Immanuel Lutheran Parsonage at Medford, Wisconsin last Saturday afternoon at 3:30 when Miss Ruth Lucille Johnson, daughter of Mr. John Johnson, became the bride of Theodore Boeckler of Medford. The service was read by the Rev. I.R. Habeck and was followed by an informal reception and dinner for the wedding party at the home of the bride’s parents.

The couple were attended by Miss Elinor Frey and Leslie Boeckler.

For her marriage the bride chose an afternoon frock of dusty pink crepe with white accessories and wore a shoulder bouquet of mixed flowers. Her bridesmaid was also attired in dusty pink with white accessories and shoulder bouquet.

The happy young couple will reside at Medford where the bridegroom is employed and will be at home to their many friends immediately.

The bride is a graduate of Dorchester High School wit the class of 1933, and of Taylor County Normal School with the class of 1935.

Their many Dorchester (Clark Co., Wis.) friends join us in wishing them many years of continued success and happiness.
