Frager, Elma A. #2 (5 APR 1899)

A very pretty wedding took place yesterday, April 5th, 1899, at the residence of R.F. Kerr, on the north side, when Leo V. Edgbert and Miss Elma Ardell Frager were united in marriage, Rev. A.B. Scovill performing the ceremony, in the presence of relatives and most intimate friends. Mendelssohn’s wedding march was played by Miss Grace Harriman.

The bride wore white and carried bride’s roses and the groom was dressed in the conventional black.

During the ceremony the couple stood under the floral letters E. and F. and as they were pronounced man and wife the letter F dropped, leaving the E, a symbol that both henceforth would bear one name. An elegant supper was served.

The bride’s home was formerly at Hicksville, Ohio. They will reside at Sioska, Wis. They left for the new home this morning.
