In the beautiful St. Mary of Angels Church, Chicago, Miss Mary Niedzwiecki, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Niedzwiecki, Thorp (Clark Co. Wis.), became the bride of Mr. Walter Chudy, son of Mrs. Victoria Chudy, Thorp, at an 8:00 a.m. nuptial, Saturday, June 26th, 1937.

The bride’s gown of white silk satin, was designed with a lace yoke and a simple cawl neck line. Her veil fell into a long train from her coronet cap. She carried a bouquet of white roses and lilies of the valley.

The bride’s only attendant and maid of honor was her sister, Miss Julia Niedzwiecki, who had on a gown of yellow latticed organdie. For her hair she wore a band of pastel green artificial roses. She carried a bouquet of yellow tea roses.

Robert Chudy, brother of the groom, was best man.

After the ceremony all invited guests were accorded a reception dinner and supper at the home of the bride’s cousin, Miss Leona Bojarski at 1700 N. Washtenow.

Our of town guests who made the trip to Chicago were Mrs. Jacob Niedzwiecki, mother of the bride, Mrs. Victoria Chudy, mother of the groom, Miss Florence Chudy and Stanley Chudy. Other guests at the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. All Gronacki, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Niedzwiecki, Mr. and Mrs. Felix Niedzwiecki, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Chudy, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Chudy, Misses Frances and Mary Bojarski, Mrs. Walter Bojarski, Ben Laniewski, Victor Chudy, Misses Helen and Julia Chudy, Joe Chudy and Miss Stella Murzynski.
