Miss Rosetta Marie Phelps, Oregon, Wis., R. F. D. 2, formerly of Greenwood, and Charles Clifford Lyke, Edgerton, Wis., R. F. D. 4, were united in marriage at the German Lutheran parsonage, Loyal, Wis., on Sunday, March first, at 12:45 p.m., the Rev. Langholz officiating.

Miss Darlene Phelps, Oregon, a sister of the bride, and Clarence Lyke, Edgerton, the groom’s brother, attended the couple.

The bride wore a floor length dress of medium blue taffeta and a corsage of white and pink carnations. Miss Darlene wore a gown of pink, taffeta, also floor length. Her corsage was similar to that of the bride.

A two o’clock dinner was served at the home of the bride’s grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Noel, Humbird, only the immediately relatives and friends being present.

The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Edna Phelps, of Oregon, Wis., and Frank Phelps of Minneapolis. She was graduated from the Neillsville high school with the class of 1940. The groom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Lyke, Edgerton, is employed with the Oscar Mayer’s Co., Madison. They announced that they would be at home to their friends after March second, in Oregon, Wisconsin.
