Thorson, Mildred (20 JAN 1938)
Miss Mildred Thorson, daughter of Mrs. Helen Thorson of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), was united in marriage at the Congregational Church Parsonage, Menomonie, Thursday, Jan. 20, 1938, to Shurleigh Grimes. The marriage was performed by Rev. Dickson. The couple were attended by Mrs. Herb Haire. The bride was attired in a traveling suit and the groom in a dark business dress suit.
The couple is very well known in this community, Mr. Grimes being in business in this city as the district agent for the Cities Service Oil Co.
Their many friends join in wishing them success.
