Drace, Raymond "Brock" (1899? - 17 July 1942)

Raymond (Brock) Drace, 43, a veteran of World War No. 1, was electrocuted Friday at Chippewa Falls, while working on a wire carrying 2300 volts.

Mr. Drace was a lineman, employed for many years by the Northern States Power Company. He was a tower of physical strength and was generally liked and respected by his friends and co-workers. "He had not an enemy," as Donald Dundas, bookkeeper in the Neillsville office of the Northern States Power Company, put it. He had never married.

Funeral services were held at Stanley Tuesday.
