Wacker, Vivian H. (5 Oct. 1915 - 13 Sept. 2007)

Vivian H. Wacker, age 91, formerly of 1025 Hwy 67 S, Plymouth, WI; passed away late Thursday evening, Sept. 13, at Rocky Knoll Health Care Facility where she had been a resident for the past eleven years.

She was born on October 5, 1915 in Granton, WI; a daughter of the late Joseph and Elsie Prust Sternitzky.

She attended Granton area grade schools. She attended Plymouth Business College and worked for Attorney Wisse for seven years.

Vivian married Frank A. Wacker at Madison, WI in University Chapel on December 15, 1937. The couple lived in the Plymouth area since their marriage. Her husband preceded her in death on January 24, 1971. She moved to Rocky Knoll Health Care Facility on December of 1995.

She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Plymouth; belonged to Valpo Guild in the church and assisted with the Youth Group. Vivian will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Survivors include three sons: David (Jean Ann) Wacker of Clintonville, WI , Robert (Shirley) Wacker of Plymouth, James (Mary) Wacker of Appleton; one daughter Kathy (Lee) Mathwig of Sheboygan Falls; five grandchildren: John David (Sandra) Wacker of Clintonville, Scott (Jennifer) Mathwig of Thiensville, WI, Jeff (Jennifer) Mathwig of Deerfield, WI, Valerie Wacker of Plymouth, Frank E. (Sindi) Wacker of Plymouth; four great grandchildren; four sisters: Ermine Noll of Granton, WI, Irene (Harold) Ratsch of Greenwood, WI, Adeline Arndt of Neilsville, WI, and Emmoline Revling of Auburndale, WI. Vivian is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one infant sister, and her sister Lovella Ione Brandt.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, Sept. 20, at 6:00 P.M. at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Rev. Thomas Burton, of St. John Lutheran Church, Plymouth, will officiate.Burial will be in Plymouth Woodlawn Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth on Thursday, Sept. 20, from 3:00 P.M. until the time of services.

A memorial fund has been established in Vivian's name.

The Suchon Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Plymouth is serving her family.

Vivian's family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Staff at Rocky Knoll for their care and compassion shown throughout the years.
