Kron, Dorothy K. (24 Aug. 1910 - 13 Feb. 2004)

Oshkosh, WI - Dorothy K. (Hinderman) Kron, age 93 of Oshkosh, WI, died peacefully Friday evening, February 13, 2004 at Oshkosh Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Oshkosh, WI. She was born on August 24, 1910 in Loyal, WI, the daughter of the late Mark and Harriett (Smith) Hinderman. She lived in Omro, Milwaukee and San Antonio, TX before moving to La Mesa, CA where she married Alfred J. Kron on July 1, 1950. Alfred preceded her in death on August 18, 1967.

Dorothy moved back to Oshkosh, WI in 1984. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Oshkosh, WI.

Dorothy is survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews and also special nieces and nephews; Marsha and Gordon Stiller of Omro, WI, Gary Hinderman of Escondido, CA, Carol and Charles Ihrke of Green Bay, WI, Robert and Mary Jo Hinderman and Harvey Hinderman all of Omro, WI, and her special friends; Barbara Richmond and Lois Fischer of Oshkosh, WI.

Along with her parents and husband she was also preceded in death by two brothers James and Donald Hinderman.

Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2004 at 5:30 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home, Winneconne, WI. with Father Tom Reynebeau officiating. Inurnment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Milwaukee, WI. Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday at the funeral home from 4:30 p.m. until the hour of services.

The family would like to thank the staff at Oshkosh Medical and Rehabilitation Center and Heartland Hospice of Green Bay for the care Dorothy received. A special thank you to nurse Mary Jo.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
