Burns, Susan J. (3 JUN 1939)

Mr. and Mrs. W.A. McEachern attended the wedding of their niece, Susan Jane Burns, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Burns of Eau Claire, to Mr. Winslow W. Dun of St. Paul, at Eau Claire, at four o’clock last Saturday afternoon. Rev. Jesse Norenberg, pastor of the First Cong. Church, performed the ceremony which was held out of doors in the garden of the home of the bride’s parents.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore the wedding dress of her mother, an ivory satin gown trimmed with a rose point lace yoke and a finger tip veil held in place by a lace cap effect. She carried a colonial bouquet of lilies of the valley and white sweet peas, with two white orchids in the center.

The bride’s only attendant was her sister, Mrs. Loran W. Reynolds of Eau Claire, and the groom was attended by his brother, Laurence Dunn of St. Paul.

The couple will reside at 1531 Portland Ave., St. Paul.
