Izydorek, Eleanor C. (14 OCT 1939)

Miss Eleanor Constance Izydorek, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Izydorek, became the bride of Victor Revolinsky, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Revolinsky of Lublin, in a nine o’clock ceremony performed by Father F.A. Kulig at St. Hedwig’s Church on Saturday morning last. During the service three solos were sung by Jos. Pabich and Ray Izydorek, brother of the bride.

The bride was beautifully attired in a colonial wedding dress of brocaded velvet with long sleeves and train. Her long veil was trimmed with French lace and formed a crown on her head being decorated with orange blossoms. She carried a colonial bouquet of pure white lilies of the valley, chrysanthemums and roses.

Miss Agnes Ripienski of Chippewa Falls, and Miss Josephine Lesniewski were bridesmaids, and Mrs. Stanley Shaw of Chicago, a sister of the bride, was matron of honor.

The bridesmaids wore pink taffeta dresses trimmed in blue, completing their ensembles with blue head blushers and blue slippers. Mrs. Shaw was attired in blue taffeta trimmed in pink with pink head blusher. She and also the bridesmaids carried bouquets of pink and white roses and carnations tied with ribbons to match their gowns.

The groom was attended by the bride’s brother, Edmond Izydorek of Chicago, as best man, and Dickie Blasczyk. Both the groom and his attendants wore tuxedos and white gardenia boutonnieres.

After the nuptials a reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents, where dinner and supper was served to about one hundred guests. A wedding dance was also given at the Brzezinski Hall.

Mr. and Mrs. Revolinsky left for a week’s honeymoon to Chicago and Manitowoc, and upon their return will make their home on a farm near Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.). Their many friends in this community join in extending best wishes.

Out of town guests at the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Shaw of Chicago, Mrs. Joe Navatny and two children of Chicago, Edmond Izydorek of Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. John Izydorek and daughter of Minneapolis, Mrs. and Mrs. J. Blas….(the rest of my copy was cut off)
