Keuer, Viola A. #2 (17 AUG 1916 - 15 OCT 2007)

Viola Anna Keuer, 91, Granton, died at 2:30 a.m., on Monday, Oct. 15, 2007, ay the Neillsville Health and Rehabilitation Center. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m.. on Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Buchanan Funeral Home, Neillsville, and on Thursday, Oct. 18, from 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m., at Zion Lutheran Church, Granton. The rev. John Trewyn will officiate. Caroline Helm will be the organist. Burial will eb in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Granton.

Viola Anna Pischer was born on Aug. 17, 1916, in the town of Grant, to Oswald and Anna (nee Malig) Pischer. She received her education at Wild Rose School, Town of Grant, and Zion Lutheran School, Viola. She married Ray Keuer on May 2, 1936, at the Zion Lutheran parsonage. He died on March 15, 2002. She was a homemaker. She was a lifetime member of Zion Lutheran Church and of the Ladies Aide. She was also a member of the Granton and Chili senior citizens.

Survivors include one daughter, Annabelle (Ronald) Garbisch, Granton; grandchildren, Bob and Wanda Garbisch, Tammy and Paul Dunnigan, and Terry Garbisch; two great-grandchildren, Laura and Ashley Garbisch; and one brother, Harvey (Amber) Pischer, Neillsville, Wis. Preceding her in death were her husband, Ray; one son, Edward Keuer; and grandson, Bradley Garbisch; and one brother, Leroy Pischer.

Buchanan Funeral Home, Neillsville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
