Thresher, Charles A. (20 Mar. 1877 - 5 Dec. 1945)

Charles A. Thresher, a retired engineer of the Marathon Corporation, Wausau, died Wednesday, Dec. 5th, at the age of 68 years following a nine months illness. He lived at Colby before going to Schofield, Wis., with his parents 56 years ago. Funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at the Thresher home by Dr. Walter L. Clark, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, Wausau, and burial was made in Pine Grove cemetery there.

The deceased was born in Colby on March 20, 1877, and was married at Schofield on July 15, 1897, to Janie Dickie who survives. Three sisters and three brothers also survive.
